Based on the "Naga" chilli. Until recently, the Guinness Book of Records listed the Red Savina Habañero as the hottest chilli in world, but the "Naga" is almost 50% hotter. Too hot for you??? If you try a "Naga" dish with just a small amount of chilli, the heat won't be overpowering but you will experience the unique flavour. We were the first restaurant to bring this dish to the area. It's special.
